The role in a nutshell
Working closely with and reporting to the EMEA Regional Marketing Manager, you will help coordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars and other campaign activity that supports lead generation, customer engagement and business growth. This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for bringing events and campaigns to life. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast‑paced SaaS environment and wants to be part of a collaborative, mission‑led business where their work has visible impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events and partner activations, ensuring all activity is well organised, well executed, and aligned to campaign objectives. This includes occasional UK and international travel to support on‑site event delivery.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue booking, supplier management, stand and merchandise ordering, shipping materials, managing event schedules, registration processes, and supporting on‑the‑day execution where required.
- Assist with the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and event channels, supporting activity from initial setup through to execution, optimisation and post‑campaign reporting.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and other commercial teams to ensure strong alignment on lead follow‑up, event attendance and pipeline progression.
- Support timely distribution of leads and ensure CRM records are accurately maintained and updated following campaign activity.
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day campaign coordination, including timelines, task tracking, internal stakeholder follow‑ups and ensuring marketing deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Support content and campaign execution across multiple channels including email marketing, social media, webinar promotion and sales enablement materials. This may include formatting, scheduling, proofing and coordinating content delivery.
- Maintain and update our CRM system (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or similar), ensuring campaign data, leads and contacts are accurately captured and consistently maintained.
- Support list building, segmentation, campaign tagging and basic reporting activities.
- Track, measure, and report on event and campaign performance, including attendance, engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution and overall ROI.
- Assist in compiling insights and learnings to improve future activity.
- Provide hands‑on operational support across wider marketing activity as needed, including campaign setup, asset coordination, internal communications, and general marketing administration.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline campaign delivery, and enhance the effectiveness of events and marketing activity.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, event coordination, customer success / account management or a similar commercial role (SaaS, B2B or tech industry experience preferred).
- Strong hands‑on experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or similar) with a solid understanding of CRM management, data hygiene and campaign tracking.
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of pipeline metrics and revenue impact.
- A self‑starter with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Confident working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Experience with paid media activity (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) is highly desirable but not essential.
- Clean, valid UK drivers’ license is also desirable but not essential.
What we can offer
- £26,000–32,000 Salary DOE.
- 29 days’ annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays + your birthday off.
- Flexible, hybrid working environment.
- Parental Leave.
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
- Death in Service Benefit.
- Professional development pathways.
- The opportunity to travel overseas as part of the role.
