The Marketing Manager – Brand Campaigns & Content is a senior executional role at the heart of the UK and European marketing function. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering integrated brand campaigns, product launch marketing, and content strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and brand love across the UK and key European markets. This is a highly collaborative, agency-facing role that demands a confident creative operator with strong project management skills, a sharp eye for compelling content, and the commercial instinct to translate brand strategy into campaigns that move the needle.
The successful candidate will lead agency relationships across creative, content, and production, ensuring every campaign is delivered on brief, on brand, on time, and on budget. Working closely with the Head of Brand Campaigns and Strategy and in close coordination with Digital, PR, Product, and Sales teams, this role ensures that the brand voice, visual identity, and marketing ambitions are brought to life with impact across all channels – from hero brand campaigns and product launches to always-on content and social storytelling.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated brand campaigns across the UK and European markets, from strategic brief through to post-campaign evaluation. Work with the Head of Brand Campaigns and Strategy to translate brand and business objectives into compelling, insight-led campaign briefs for agency partners. Oversee the production of campaign assets across all channels including broadcast, digital, social, out-of-home, print, and point of sale, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment throughout. Manage campaign timelines, delivery schedules, and internal approval processes, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed at every stage. Ensure Visual Identity is applied consistently and with excellence across all campaign touchpoints in the UK and across European markets.
- Product Launch Campaigns: Own the marketing delivery of new model launches across the UK and Europe, serving as the central campaign manager coordinating creative, content, digital, PR, and retail activity into a cohesive, high-impact launch moment. Develop and manage launch campaign plans that build anticipation, drive consideration, and generate leads – spanning awareness phases through to on-sale activation. Brief and manage agencies to produce all launch creative and content, including hero campaign films, digital assets, social content, CRM materials, and retail/dealer toolkits. Lead launch campaign post-mortems, capturing learnings and translating insights into improved approaches for future launches. Coordinate with European market leads to adapt and localise UK launch campaigns for country-specific audiences, ensuring relevance without compromising brand consistency.
- Content Strategy & Production: Develop and manage the always-on content strategy for the UK and European markets, spanning owned, earned, and paid channels. Brief, manage, and quality-control the production of a wide range of content formats including video, photography, social content, digital display, and editorial – ensuring all output is on brand, on message, and optimised for each channel. Work with creative and production agencies to build a strong pipeline of brand content that supports campaign activity, product storytelling, and brand-building objectives throughout the year. Champion content innovation, bringing forward new formats, platforms, and creative approaches that keep marketing fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve. Oversee content localisation processes for European markets, ensuring quality and consistency across all languages and territories.
- Agency & Supplier Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for creative, content, and production agency partners across the UK and Europe, building strong, productive, and accountable working relationships. Set clear, strategically grounded briefs and manage agency outputs rigorously against brand standards, creative quality, timelines, and commercial KPIs. Establish and maintain robust processes for agency briefing, creative review, approval, and delivery across multiple campaigns and markets simultaneously. Conduct regular agency performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and holding partners to the highest standards of creative excellence and delivery. Lead agency procurement processes and pitch management as required, working with the Head of Brand Campaigns and Strategy to evaluate and onboard new partners.
