The Zone Manager will be responsible for the sale and promotion of all products and services into the respective geographic zone. Responsible for achievement of targets within the territory and for management and development of retailers.
To identify new business opportunities and provide workable profitable solutions to maximise these opportunities. To provide finance solutions for the respective retailers, ensuring growth in profitability and penetrations, and to develop all aspects of the Finance and Insurance process and development within the geographic zone.
Principal Accountabilities- To maximise volume and profit opportunities within all areas of the geographic zone, working with respective retailers in providing workable profitable solutions for the respective customers.
- To be responsible for achieving the zone objectives as provided by the Regional Sales Manager.
- To maximise opportunities for the sale of additional products and services to retail customers proposed by the retailers in the zone.
- To maximise opportunities for the sale of all CAAF value added products (VAPs) including GAP, SMART Insurance, EV wallbox, Warranty and Service Plans.
- To work with respective retailers on contract renewals with a view to maximising performance in this area.
- To identify and implement Finance and Insurance Development Programmes with respective retailers incorporating Health Checks and Reviews.
- To provide training and development solutions as a consequence of the review in partnership with the retailer including company objectives.
- Implement above recommendations through recruitment, training, Finance and Insurance monitoring, structuring pay plans and incentives with retailer senior personnel.
- To agree participation in any promoted incentive programs with retailers to maintain a profitable solution to all partners in the business.
- To provide expert and prompt advice to the retailer network regarding the various insurance products supplied by the business and related companies.
- To identify and maximise business from new markets which will improve business penetrations and profitability.
- To identify and promote new wholesale finance opportunities and provide workable solutions to maximise these opportunities through the retailer network.
- To complement and develop existing retail and wholesale products including the launch of new products into the respective retailers by providing all necessary training and support.
- Production of detailed business plans for the designated territory outlining development actions and actions for achieving objectives.
