Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers to understand power requirements, site constraints, and operating needs (standby vs prime power)
- Specify the correct diesel generator solution, ensuring it meets technical, operational, and application requirements
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the enquiry and specification process
- Liaise internally to ensure proposed solutions are accurate, compliant, and deliverable
- Attend customer sites occasionally to support surveys, technical discussions, and solution validation
