Are you tired of being on the road? If so then read on… This is a rare opportunity to step into a stable, depot-based role. We are working with a well-established temperature control and chiller hire specialist, who are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Chiller Engineer to join a busy operation at their depot in Hampshire. This is a key depot-based role, taking responsibility for the reliability, repair and performance of a modern fleet of hire chillers and refrigeration equipment.
Package
- Basic salary of up to 45K (37.5 hour week)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for both minor and major chiller repairs including fault finding, compressor changes, refrigeration circuit leak testing and repair, component replacement and warranty work.
- Leading by example within the workshop, setting standards for quality, organisation and technical excellence.
- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers within the workshop.
- Ensure full compliance with F-Gas and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- NVQ in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (desired but not essential)
- F-Gas Category 1
- Strong experience working on chillers and refrigeration systems
- Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
