We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager to lead the development and delivery of high‑quality occupational health services, ensuring they are efficient, effective and aligned with business objectives. You will support the implementation of the Occupational Health & Wellbeing strategy, manage key projects, monitor performance, identify health trends, and develop targeted wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification.
- Qualified to Degree/Masters level or BSc in Community Nursing (Occupational Health).
- Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) status recorded with the NMC.
- Experience in occupational health leadership, project management and service improvement.
- Strong data analysis, budgeting, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
