A North London Local Authority is recruiting for an Interim Development Partnerships Manager to lead the delivery of new housing supply on council-owned land through alternative delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of new housing developments in partnership with developers and affordable housing providers
- Work closely with development partners to deliver high-quality, well-designed, energy-efficient homes
- Maximise the delivery of genuinely affordable housing
- Lead on the preparation and negotiation of development agreements and land transfer arrangements
- Ensure all partnership agreements safeguard the Council's commercial and strategic interests
- Manage large, complex development and regeneration programmes through to delivery
Experience & Knowledge Required
- Proven experience working with developers and affordable housing providers to deliver new homes
- Experience developing and negotiating residential development agreements
