About the Role:
A North London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team. The primary focus of this role will be on Legal Disrepair Surveys, overseeing a caseload that includes live disrepair claims, party wall awards, repair diagnostics, and referrals from repairs teams.
