A London local authority is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join its Property Team on a part-time interim basis. This strategic role will serve as the lead for a sub-portfolio within the Council’s estate, working closely with service leads to ensure that assets are managed effectively for long-term value and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
