Argenta is hiring an FF&E procurement project manager to join its team in London. Argenta is an interior procurement and project management studio delivering ultra high-end residential and hospitality projects internationally, with offices in London, Paris and Cape Town. We act as custodians of the design intent, translating it into a deliverable, buildable and procurable reality. Our role is not to redesign, but to protect, rationalise and deliver the design through procurement and project management.

We are seeking a project manager to join our London team, working across a portfolio of luxury projects from concept through to installation and handover.

Role overview

You will be responsible for managing FF&E procurement and project delivery, working closely with designers, suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard. You will take ownership of packages and workstreams, with direct responsibility for delivery, coordination and commercial control.

Key responsibilities:
  • Management of FF&E procurement from concept to installation
  • Preparation of budgets, cost plans and procurement schedules
  • Tendering, supplier negotiation and contract management
  • Value engineering/problem solving
  • Coordination with design teams, consultants and contractors
  • Logistics planning, delivery and installation oversight
  • Maintaining programme, reporting and project documentation
Requirements:
  • Three to six plus years’ experience in FF&E procurement or project management
  • Experience working on high-end residential or hospitality projects
  • Strong organisational and commercial awareness
  • Excellent Excel and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven
  • Multi-lingual candidates, particularly with French, are advantageous
