Johnson Pinney Architects is seeking a highly organised and proactive studio coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our practice. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines operational oversight, administrative support, marketing coordination and business development assistance. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the studio operates efficiently and presents itself to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management for the director and occasional support to the senior team
- Booking travel and accommodation for the studio
- Liaising with suppliers and managing maintenance contracts
- Coordinating with property managers and cleaning teams
- Ordering and managing office supplies, stationery and all provisions
- Supporting recruitment processes, including job adverts and interview coordination
- Managing post, deliveries, couriers and taxis
- Ensuring the studio is prepared and presentable for client meetings
- Supporting the office’s Health and Safety compliance
- Managing key online accounts (e.g. TfL, phone systems, etc.)
- Organising internal studio events and socials throughout the year
- Supporting the senior team with business development activities, including attending industry events
- Managing and maintaining the CRM system
- Coordinating bi-monthly events in collaboration with an external business development consultant
- Supporting our external marketing consultants, creating and scheduling content across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Managing marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials and branded merchandise
- Maintaining and updating the studio portfolio
