The Opportunity: A hands‑on role for a conceptual designer who combines big ideas with strong execution. You’ll create compelling retail environments that bring brand stories to life—working from concept through to delivery within a multidisciplinary team.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate concepts into impactful design for the built environment (sketches, 3D visuals, storytelling)
- Develop detailed design solutions, including fixtures, drawing packs, and material specs
- Collaborate across teams and geographies in a fast‑paced, iterative environment
- Explore new technologies (including AI) to enhance creative output
- Present ideas clearly in both internal and client settings
- Deliver engaging, experience‑led retail environments
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5–8 years’ experience in retail environments design
- Strong portfolio showing both concept and execution
- Solid understanding of materials, fabrication, and detail design
- Confident in visualisation, storytelling, and presentation
- Proficient in Figma/Miro, Cinema 4D, and Vectorworks
- Experience with AI tools is a plus
- Collaborative, hands‑on, and creatively driven
