Please note this role is HYBRID (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

The Opportunity: A hands‑on role for a conceptual designer who combines big ideas with strong execution. You’ll create compelling retail environments that bring brand stories to life—working from concept through to delivery within a multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Translate concepts into impactful design for the built environment (sketches, 3D visuals, storytelling)
  • Develop detailed design solutions, including fixtures, drawing packs, and material specs
  • Collaborate across teams and geographies in a fast‑paced, iterative environment
  • Explore new technologies (including AI) to enhance creative output
  • Present ideas clearly in both internal and client settings
  • Deliver engaging, experience‑led retail environments

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5–8 years’ experience in retail environments design
  • Strong portfolio showing both concept and execution
  • Solid understanding of materials, fabrication, and detail design
  • Confident in visualisation, storytelling, and presentation
  • Proficient in Figma/Miro, Cinema 4D, and Vectorworks
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
  • Collaborative, hands‑on, and creatively driven
