Hello nerds! We’re Overview. A Special Projects Company™. We are a group of cowboys and nerds building worlds around brands that create compounding cultural and commercial impact. Across all the things you’d expect a modern creative agency to do: Cultural Strategy, Brand, Digital, and Campaign, Overview builds worlds that audiences can step into, rally behind and grow. We believe that a brand’s cultural and commercial impact are NOT EXCLUSIVE and thus, are committed to delivering on both fronts.
We’re looking for a senior designer to help us shape these worlds. A designer whose ability to conceptualise brave & exciting ideas for brands is equal to the meticulous nature in which they deliver them. An individual who wants the opportunity to lead projects, take ownership of the creative, mentor mid-weights and in time, progress into a Design Director.
Who are you? A Senior Designer that already:
- Understands the romance and the rigour behind branding.
- Can conceptualise ideas for brands in response to strategy.
- Can turn those ideas into living systems, managing art direction, identity, motion and digital applications.
- Is experienced in running end to end brand processes with the support of mid-weights & junior designers.
- Has multiple years in design agencies.
But really wants:
- The freedom to put your stamp on the creative output of a studio.
- To work on ideas that feel culturally relevant, not just commercially safe.
- To be part of something growing where your ceiling isn’t fixed.
- To have the space to try new things, to fail and have a crew that’s got your back.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of brand systems and delivery of ideas.
- Experience leading and mentoring designers.
- Awareness and understanding of the wider role brands can play in the world.
Salary & Benefits:
- £50,000 - £55,000
- 20 Days Holidays Allowance + BH and 2 Week Xmas Shut down
- Hybrid WFH & Hackney Office
