We’re looking for a highly creative and strategically minded Senior Designer to join a collaborative team working across branding, campaigns, and cultural projects. This is an opportunity to create impactful work that reaches global audiences and helps shape brands within the place and culture space.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, culturally aware, and confident developing ideas from concept through to execution across a variety of platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and contribute to branding and campaign projects across multiple touchpoints
  • Develop strong creative concepts and deliver high-quality visual design
  • Create engaging assets across digital, social, and print formats
  • Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and wider project teams
  • Present ideas and design rationale clearly and confidently
  • Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Stay up to date with design, cultural, and social trends
EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous experience in a Senior Designer role within an agency or creative studio
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and social projects
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of digital-first design principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Passion for culture, branding, and creative innovation
