Kennedy Woods just got named Education Architect of the Year, and we’re hiring.
We’re looking for senior architects and above to help us deliver a range of education projects. Full-time, part-time, freelance and flexible arrangements are all welcome. Salaries and freelance rates are benchmarked against industry standards.
The work:
- fieldwork
- strategic estate masterplanning
- retrofit and interior design
- new-build projects
Who you are:
- you have at least 10 years’ experience post-Part 3
- you know what you’d change about how Britain builds its schools
- you can present a scheme to an ambitious head, a cost-conscious bursar and a cautious board of governors in one meeting, and win over all three
- you thrive leading projects, and spot the next steps before anyone asks
- you have delivered projects through all RIBA stages, including contract administration
- you’re fluent in Revit and BIM workflows, AutoCAD and SketchUp, with Adobe Creative Suite for presentation
