Hello! Let us introduce ourselves. We’re Future Factory and we’re pretty proud to be one of the UK’s leading business development consultancies for creative agencies. We specialise in helping our clients get a foot in the door of their favourite brands, win new clients, and grow their business.

What does the job actually entail?

Each of our Senior Account Managers work with three creative agencies as clients. After developing a deep understanding of your client’s industry and their unique propositions, you’ll contact senior decision makers at their dream brands over the phone & email. You will sell your agency’s unique capabilities to these brands, with the aim of setting up valuable introductions between the brand and your client. You will build fantastic relationships with your clients, essentially becoming an extension of their team, and learn everything that makes their agency special and unique. You will provide regular updates to your clients, sharing all the exciting conversations with brands you’ve been having, and keep them in the loop with how their new business strategy is tracking. As well as working from our office, at least every fortnight you’ll spend one day working from each of your agency’s offices, absorbing their culture and mingling with some of the best creative minds the agency scene has to offer.

Who are we looking for?

  • Are you interested in the wonderful world of agencies and brands?
  • Do you have a minimum of 18 months' experience in a business development or agency sales role?
  • Are you interested in helping an agency’s new business pipeline grow?
  • Do you have an excellent command of the English language?
  • Are you not afraid to pick up the phone to strangers?
  • Are you highly organised and have excellent time management skills?
  • Are you self-motivated and target-driven?

Are there perks?

  • You’ll get a tip-top, shiny MacBook!
  • 2 days + WFH per week.
  • Vitality Health Insurance.
  • Online employee mental health support via Spill.
  • Access to NABs for mental well-being, training, and learning.
  • Monthly incentives that encourage time off for a lovely work/life balance.
  • Never having to work past 5.30pm.
  • 20 days holiday + all bank holidays.
  • AND we give you that funny bit in between Christmas and NYE off too.
  • Monthly team socials.

Monetary bits and bobs:

Salary is £30,000 - £32,000 (based on experience) + up to £7,000 in bonuses up for grabs in your first year. We’re personable people who love a cracking personality, so if that’s you get your application in! A big part of the job is approaching brands in unique and interesting ways, so show us what you’ve got.
