We’re looking for a Senior 3D Designer / 3D Design Director to join an ambitious, independent creative agency creating premium retail environments and brand experiences across sport, fashion, luxury and culture. Based in Shoreditch, this is an opportunity to shape culturally relevant work across global retail toolkits, store rollouts, showrooms, launches, events and immersive activations, with projects spanning Europe, North America and Asia.
You’ll turn brand stories and creative ideas into memorable physical experiences, taking projects from early concept and spatial planning through to detailed visualisation, production and installation. Depending on your level, you’ll either take ownership of individual projects or lead the creative vision across larger programmes. You’ll work closely with creative, client services, production and installation teams, while mentoring designers and helping raise the creative standard across the team. You’ll develop detailed SketchUp models, high-quality V-Ray renders and practical rollout guidance covering windows, fixtures, finishes and store environments. You’ll also contribute to pitches, present ideas and ensure ambitious concepts remain buildable and commercially considered.
You’ll bring strong retail design, spatial design or brand experience, with a portfolio of distinctive, design-led work. You’re confident with SketchUp and V-Ray, with knowledge of Cinema 4D or Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and AI-supported creative tools. You understand retail toolkits, store rollouts, production requirements and the detail needed to turn ambitious ideas into physical experiences. You’re collaborative, organised and comfortable balancing creative ambition with practical delivery. At Director level, you’ll also bring strong creative leadership, client presentation skills and the ability to inspire and develop senior designers and 3D specialists.
