The Project Manager supports the Senior Project Manager and partners closely with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Account Directors to manage day-to-day project execution across multiple active SKUs and smaller client accounts. This role ensures production workflows, approvals, documentation, and delivery tasks are executed accurately and on time. The PM coordinates effectively with internal teams, production partners, and Sales to maintain project momentum and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Success in this role requires strong production understanding, proactive communication, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, globally coordinated environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Delivery Coordination: Manage day-to-day execution across assigned projects from sampling through production and delivery. Maintain accuracy across Monday.com boards, ensuring timelines, statuses, files, and project data stay up to date. Ensure client briefs, artwork, and project information are complete before moving into production or delivery stages. Track vendor milestones (sampling, tooling, production) and follow up proactively to keep schedules on track. Maintain control over approval cycles, artwork updates, and version accuracy. Serve as a second line of defence to ensure project details align with client requirements and internal procedures. Identify delays or risks early and elevate to the Senior Project Manager or relevant Account Manager with clear, solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate across Design, Logistics, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure smooth project flow. Communicate requirements clearly to production partners and global account teams to maintain alignment on timelines and deliverables. Facilitate hand-offs between internal departments and resolve blockers quickly. Ensure adherence to internal processes, production standards, and client-specific requirements.
  • Client Communication & Support: Support Account Managers by preparing clear, concise project updates and ensuring key stakeholders have visibility into project progress. Handle routine communication, approvals, and checkpoints for smaller client accounts. For major accounts, assist with SKU monitoring, website/order accuracy, and recap preparation under direction of the Senior Project Manager. Maintain calm, professional communication when addressing issues, changes, or escalations.
  • Documentation & Quality Control: Maintain accurate documentation including sample logs, approvals, artwork versions, and production details. Update costing sheets and verify PO, SOC and freight details align with approved plans. Validate admin entries for consistency and accuracy, resolving discrepancies early and clearly.
  • Delivery & Logistics Coordination: Support dispatch preparation, including transit confirmations, carton details and required shipping documentation. Coordinate with Logistics on freight quotes, shipment tracking and customs requirements. Monitor shipments through delivery and elevate delays or issues with actionable communication.
