  • ensuring work is completed using best practice in all software; seek guidance on settings and workflow
  • project and client management
  • work with project managers on project delivery and control
  • foster a collaborative working dynamic with external parties, including architects and consultants
  • ensure company communication protocols are followed: face-to-face, phone and email
  • responsible for appraisal of all project information; identify and assess errors, and flag to relevant stakeholders
  • attend client meetings fully prepared and engage with parties in attendance
  • estimating project timescales and working within time constraints
  • complete work in the allocated time period or exceed production time targets

Required experience:

  • solid production knowledge of 3ds Max and V-Ray: building and landscape modelling, asset organisation, texturing/materials, lighting, rendering
  • excellent knowledge of Photoshop: masking, non-destructive workflows, layer discipline, retouch and grading
  • technical aptitude when working with accurate information and high ability to spot discrepancies
  • knowledge of planning processes and production
  • experience as a visualisation artist: particular experience of AVR / ‘verified views’ production is essential
  • interest in technical accuracy as well as visual quality
