We are seeking a motivated Part 2 architectural assistant to join our small, Hackney-based team. We are looking for someone with an interest in technical detailing, coordination and the delivery stages of projects, rather than early-stage concept design. The role will involve working closely with the team across detailing, consultant coordination and project delivery. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys problem-solving. An interest in technical drawing, coordination and construction processes would be beneficial. We are committed to supporting ongoing development and learning within the role.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the technical development and delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3–5
  • Produce detailed drawing packages, technical details and coordinated construction information
  • Support consultant coordination and integrate technical information into project documentation
  • Contribute to planning, Building Regulations and tender packages where required
  • Attend project and coordination meetings with the wider design team
  • Help manage deadlines and contribute within a fast-paced studio environment
  • Maintain high standards of drawing accuracy, organisation and presentation
