The role
We’re looking for someone curious, organised and genuinely excited about the world of production and advertising, particularly Sales, to join our New Business team. Working closely with the Executive team, this is an entry‑level role with real scope – you’ll get under the skin of how a world‑class production company operates and play an active part in how we represent our directors, manage relationships and bring in the best work, with plenty of room to grow and develop in the department. You don’t need to have done this before. What matters is that you have an instinct for great work, a passion for the industry, exceptional proactivity and organisational skills, and the drive to learn fast and contribute meaningfully from day one.
What you’ll be doing
- New business & sales support
- Supporting the New Business team across UK, European and international new business activity
- Helping to identify and research prospective clients, agencies and brand partners
- Assisting in the preparation of sales materials, pitch decks and director presentations
- Tracking outreach, follow‑ups and pipeline activity via our CRM
- Helping to coordinate and prepare for European sales trips and key industry events
- Creative & director management
- Updating director reels, bios and showreels – ensuring everything that represents us publicly is current, compelling and best‑in‑class
- Supporting the coordination of director presentations for new and prospective talent
- Keeping a close eye on emerging directing talent and flagging relevant names and work
- Assisting with PR and communications around new work, helping ensure new projects get the visibility they deserve across the right channels
- Relationships & industry presence
- Supporting the team at industry events, screenings, award ceremonies and client‑facing moments
- Helping to forge and nurture relationships with prospective directors and emerging talent
- Assisting in the coordination of client events, lunches and partner activations with edit houses, music companies and post houses
