We’re working with a highly respected creative studio looking for a Midweight Designer to join their growing team. This is an amazing opportunity for a designer who has proven themselves across branding and campaign work and is ready to take more ownership of ideas, craft and delivery. The Studio is famed for its incredible work and in a relatively short period has really made a lot of noise with its campaigns and design work. It's a vibrant studio based in the heart of East London, where you will find yourself among some of the industry's best Graphic Designers, Creatives, Writers and Creative Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Work across brand and campaign projects, crafting impactful visual identities and creative executions
  • Bring a strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling
  • Help shape decks and contribute confidently to internal and external presentations
  • Take ownership of your work, executing concepts across multiple media and specifications
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy and account teams
  • Identify creative opportunities within briefs

You’ll be supported by Senior Designers and Design Directors, while building confidence in presenting and articulating your creative rationale.

Experience:

  • Proven experience across branding and/or campaign design and digital design
  • A sharp design eye with a well-crafted portfolio
  • Ability to work at pace and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong typographic and visual direction skills
  • Confidence flagging when support is needed
  • Passion for craft, photography, design culture and emerging technologies
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience or interest in motion, AI and evolving digital tools
  • Understanding of production processes and technical detail
