Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and keen to contribute to the work of Waddesdon Manor. A positive, practical approach to problem‑solving is important, particularly when things don’t go to plan. We’re also looking for someone who is open and approachable, able to work with a wide range of people including visitors, staff, and volunteers, and contribute to an inclusive and welcoming environment. Some familiarity with social media and confidence using tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook will be helpful, but you don’t need extensive experience—what matters most is your willingness to learn and get involved.
