Onestà is hiring a senior sales designer to join its team in London. Battersea, London. Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission plus excellent OTE.

The role:
- You’ll guide clients through every stage of their journey, from the first design consultation through to project sign-off.
- Working alongside our experienced design, operations and installation teams, you’ll have the freedom to focus on creating beautiful spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- You’ll be responsible for:
- designing and selling bespoke Italian kitchens and fitted furniture throughout the home
- building lasting relationships with high-value private clients
- producing creative, practical and technically accurate designs
- presenting concepts, materials and finishes with confidence
- managing projects from initial enquiry through to order
- working closely with our installation and project management teams to ensure every project exceeds expectations
About you:
We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness. You might already be working for a premium kitchen retailer or luxury interior brand and be looking for somewhere where your creativity can flourish. You’ll ideally have:
- experience designing and selling premium kitchens
- excellent space planning and technical design ability
- a genuine passion for contemporary architecture and interior design
- outstanding communication and presentation skills
- strong commercial awareness and proven sales ability
- meticulous attention to detail
- the desire to continually develop your design skills
- experience with CAD design software is expected – Vectorworks and SketchUp
