- Establish a clear and consistent design narrative across individual rooms and complete residences.
- Develop layouts, key elevations, bespoke joinery concepts, material palettes and design-intent information.
- Produce and refine visual material using Photoshop, 3D software, rendering platforms and other appropriate visual methods.
- Prepare clear briefs for designers, 3D modellers and visualisation team members.
- Progress approved concepts into coordinated design-development packages.
- Review work at appropriate stages and provide specific, constructive design direction.
- Make considered recommendations and bring design decisions to a clear conclusion.
- Collaborate with technical, FF&E, procurement and project-delivery colleagues to resolve dependencies, maintain programme momentum and protect the agreed design intent.

- Support the development of other designers through clear briefing, constructive reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute positively to a studio culture that values creativity, responsibility and collaboration.
About you:
- A recognised qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
- A minimum of seven years’ relevant experience, including substantial experience within the luxury or super-prime residential sector.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original concept design, spatial planning, bespoke joinery, material development and resolved residential interiors.
- Strong creative flair, design judgement and the ability to establish a coherent design language across a complete residence.
- The ability to progress ideas from concept and mood through to clear, feasible and deliverable design information.
- A meticulous eye for proportion, detail, materials, finishes and luxury craftsmanship.
- Strong knowledge of FF&E, specialist suppliers, bespoke products and high-quality finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office and EstiPC.
- Confidence producing and directing plans, elevations, models, concept visuals and presentation material.
- A clear understanding of how design decisions affect technical coordination, procurement, cost and programme.
- Experience briefing, reviewing and supporting middleweight and junior designers.
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
- Strong organisation, personal accountability and the ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
- The confidence to contribute original ideas, make clear recommendations and challenge proposals constructively.
- A collaborative approach and the maturity to work in close creative dialogue with the design director.
We are particularly interested in designers who understand the difference between using references for inspiration and creating a design that is genuinely specific to the client, architecture and project.
What we offer:
- Meaningful creative ownership and responsibility for agreed design areas.
- The opportunity to work on exceptional private residential interiors.
- Involvement from early concept through design development and delivery.
- The opportunity to influence important design decisions and contribute original ideas.
