We’re partnering with a fast-growing skincare brand who are looking to bring on a Senior Designer to join their global creative team. This is a hands-on role working closely with the Creative Director, with responsibility for delivering high-quality creative across retail, brand, and digital touchpoints. This position would suit a designer with strong experience across retail VM/POS and brand execution, who enjoys seeing their work come to life across both physical and digital environments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining brand consistency while delivering beautifully crafted creative across campaigns, retail rollouts, and brand assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and high creative standards across POS, retail, packaging and campaign assets
- Leading the design and artwork of retail VM and POS materials, including gondola displays, posters, shelf talkers, window vinyls, lightboxes and in-store screens
- Translating creative concepts into production-ready artwork for retail environments and ensuring strong in-store impact
- Managing the end-to-end retail creative process, from brief interpretation and layout design through to print production and delivery
- Maintaining and evolving brand toolkits, guidelines and creative decks used across global teams
- Supporting the rollout and adaptation of campaigns across digital channels, including PDPs, emails and paid social assets
- Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail and eCommerce
- Supporting photoshoots and creative production alongside the Creative Director where required
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience within a design or creative artworking role, ideally within retail, beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
- Strong experience designing retail VM and POS, from concept through to final production
- A solid understanding of print production, materials and retailer specifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Good working knowledge of Figma
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to artwork and proofing
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A confident communicator who can present work clearly to internal stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting photoshoots and production processes
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion design
- Interest in or familiarity with emerging creative tools and AI workflows
