The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Represent, you’ll be at the heart of matching exceptional creative talent with ambitious brands and agencies. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle; from sourcing and interviewing candidates to partnering closely with clients to understand what they truly need. Building strong, genuine relationships is central to the role, as you’ll guide both clients and candidates through every stage of the hiring journey. From day one, you’ll work on live briefs and be trusted to own your desk. This is an opportunity to lead recruitment across Copy & Strategy, while collaborating closely with colleagues across Client Services and Design Departments. Alongside delivering great recruitment, you’ll contribute to business growth - spotting opportunities, developing new client relationships, and building long‑term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with experience in the creative industry or in creative recruitment, who brings a professional and proactive approach to their work. You’ll take pride in delivering an exceptional level of service and be motivated by commercial outcomes. You’re comfortable managing your own desk, building relationships from scratch, and having thoughtful, consultative conversations with both clients and candidates. Just as importantly, you have a genuine interest in the creative industry. You’re curious about the people and the work, and motivated by connecting talented individuals with opportunities where they can thrive.
