We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the team at YRS TRULY!
About the role:
We’re looking for someone with fantastic organisational skills to become our new Project Manager. This role will include internal and external communications and resource management, so account management experience would be highly transferable. You’ll be working across multiple projects, liaising with clients, organising work for your colleagues and ensuring we always deliver great work in line with our timelines. You will report directly to our Operations Director, Summer.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in project or account management within an agency environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience utilising project management software (we’re on Asana)
- An understanding of the gaming/content creator landscape
- Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
- Proactivity, ability to take charge, and attention to detail
Your responsibilities:
- Overseeing project management for a wide range of creative and creator projects
- Liaising with clients, providing updates, leading and supporting on external meetings
- Managing schedules and task lists to ensure all projects are completed to our standard and on time
- Managing and supporting wider teams on timelines and budgets
- Project and resource planning, identifying potential roadblocks early and resolving issues related to resourcing, tooling and processes
- Managing client onboarding and project wrap-up to ensure project infrastructure is set up, and work is completed timely and to our standard
- Supporting the Operations Director on administrative, finance and process management tasks

Location:
We work under the hybrid model and are in the office at least once a week. Being able to commute to our office in Hackney is a must, as this is not a remote role.
Salary:
The salary range for the position is £35,000-£40,000 PA, dependent on experience. This is a full-time role. We work four days a week, with an occasional five-day week.
