We are looking for a talented Middleweight Designer to join the creative team, collaborating with creatives, strategists, developers and client services to deliver standout work for our clients.
The role
As a Middleweight Designer, you will create thoughtful and well crafted work for a diverse range of clients. You'll work closely within the creative team to develop and deliver brand and digital assets, including visual identities, websites, campaign assets and other touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation who wants to grow, contribute ideas and produce impactful work for exciting brands. We're looking for someone who wants to keep raising the bar, develop their craft and contribute to the agency's creative output at every stage.

- You have a sharp eye for design and help maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- You have experience and enjoy solving design and creative challenges and can present your ideas clearly.
- You have experience working alongside brand-led designers, senior creatives and developers in a collaborative studio based environment.
- You are comfortable taking part in internal crits, receiving and offering constructive feedback, and contributing to a positive team culture.
- You stay current with brand and motion/digital design trends, including AI tools and processes, and are keen to keep learning.

- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years' agency experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work across brand, web and campaigns.
- Branding expertise: Good experience interpreting and developing brand guidelines into visually compelling design work across channels and touchpoints.
- Motion design: An understanding of designing for motion, bringing a brand identity to life through movement across assets.
- Design tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and motion software. Working experience with the latest AI integrations and tools is also a good to have.
- Creative collaboration: Ability to take creative direction, contribute ideas, work constructively with others and help bring design projects to life.
- Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
