About the role
Please note this role is UK-based, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. As our Junior/Midweight Designer, you will be a passionate and capable creative mind, helping to ensure the visual output of the brand positions Pinter as a global challenger in the beer space. The role sits in the Brand team and is managed by our Senior Brand Designer. You'll work closely with our Performance team to help ensure our creative is not only beautiful but commercially effective. We believe deeply that good design is a vital pillar of customer experience, and you will play a key role in bringing the brand's visual identity to life across every touchpoint - from world-class design craft to supporting major campaigns and product launches. You'll get hands‑on with packaging projects, from initial concept through to helping to prepare technical artwork files for print, and contribute to creative collaborations with 3rd party brands under a shared framework. You may also help coordinate with external partners and freelancers, but your primary focus will be the flawless execution of our visual identity, with room to grow into more ownership over time. We're looking for someone with at least 3+ years of experience either in house or with an agency.

These are some of the key skills the role will ask of you - we’re aware brilliant creativity takes many forms so we keep an open mind - but, you will be a good fit if you:
- Technically Skilled: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma is a bonus).
- Have a Strong Design Foundation: You have a good command of colour, layout, typography, and imagery, and enjoy bringing a brand's personality, voice, and values to life through your work.
- Are a Self-Starter: You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage your time effectively, can handle competing priorities and are comfortable with change at short notice. You communicate confidently, whether presenting to partners or sharing ideas internally.
- Have Some D2C Experience (preferable): Ideally you have an understanding of Ecommerce dynamics, including work on UI projects, email, digital products and how to design for conversion without sacrificing brand integrity.
- Are Packaging Literate: You have some hands‑on experience designing and preparing packaging artwork files for print.
- Have Campaign Experience: You have experience contributing to multi‑channel marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Understand Editing/Motion: Bringing stories to life through movement and some experience editing video for various platforms would be a plus.
Tools you’ll be using: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects - motion or video editing a real plus).
