We are now looking for a key hire an Experienced Junior – Mid Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
This is a hybrid role working M/F from home and Tu/Wed/Th from our London office.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Working closely with the Senior Designer, creating high-quality, consistent digital and print assets across paid social, email, packaging, POS and marketing materials, keeping the Stripe & Stare look and feel best-in-class at every touchpoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Senior Designer to create high quality and consistent digital and print assets, including but not limited to: paid social, email, packaging, inserts, POS, lookbooks as well as other marketing material.
- Making sure the look and feel of the brand is best in class across every touchpoint
- Working well and building strong relationships with other departments, showing clear collaborative and communication skills.
- Keeping up to date with trends, best practices, digital advancements, and competitors.
- Supporting and assisting the Senior Designer on the production of campaign shoots and e-commerce shoots.
EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years’ experience working in graphic design.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and Adobe CC — In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.
- Experience in motion graphics/video — After Effects and Premiere Pro highly desirable.
- A creative thinker, always looking to push design and creative concepts further.
- A portfolio of inspiring, industry-leading work across multiple disciplines.
- Very organised, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- An excellent team player and problem solver.
- Able to recognise and respond to current design, social and cultural trends.
- A can-do attitude that can thrive in a nimble and fast-growing company.
