The Studio
An in-house studio for a globally recognised hospitality brand, this team is driven by originality, collaboration, and a desire to do things differently. They’re all about ideas, energy, and making great creative work together. This is a fast-paced, international environment where creativity thrives and individuality is encouraged. The team works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way, bringing bold hospitality concepts to life across branding, interiors, and guest experiences.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract and would be focusing on one of the group's iconic brands. The team are together in the Studio a couple of days a week with flexible working arrangements.
The Opportunity
This person will play a key role in shaping and elevating an already iconic brand. You’ll collaborate with an Associate Design Director and the wider creative team to bring ideas to life - from early concepts through to beautifully executed final outputs. You’ll work across a diverse mix of projects spanning brand identity, print, digital, and environmental design, contributing to the creation of memorable guest experiences.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing innovative branding and visual identity concepts
- Translating ideas into compelling design solutions - from logos and collateral to environmental graphics and digital assets
- Producing high-quality work across print, digital, and spatial applications
- Ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
- Contributing to brand strategy and aligning creative output with business goals
- Presenting ideas confidently and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams
- Managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone curious, collaborative, and creatively driven, with a strong foundation in design and a passion for hospitality branding. You’ll need 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within hospitality, branding, or environmental design. Should be an excellent conceptual thinker and have the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual narratives. And have a solid understanding of typography, colour, and core design principles. Can show a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across branding and multiple design disciplines and formats.
