What began in St.

Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond.

Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.

What you'll shape

As a Creative Developer at Frontify, you'll bring creative ideas to life through thoughtful, high-performing digital experiences.

Working closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers, you'll turn ideas into reality — from campaign landing pages to the integrations and automations that power our marketing engine.

You'll combine creative thinking with technical expertise, taking ownership of projects from start to finish across frontend and backend development.

As part of our in-house team, you'll help bridge the gap between what's imagined and what's possible, working alongside creative teams to turn ambitious ideas into experiences that work beautifully.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain pages, templates, and components in Webflow.
  • Develop and customize Hub Spot assets, including landing pages, email templates, forms, and modules.
  • Connect Webflow, Hub Spot, and other tools through APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual work for marketing and creative teams.
  • Transform Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performing web experiences.
  • Collaborate with designers from the start to shape creative ideas that are both ambitious and technically achievable.
  • Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to setting standards for how the team builds.

What you bring

  • You can work remotely from anywhere in the UK or on-site in our London office – or even mix it up during the week! Choose where to work from that works best for you.
  • 3–5 years of experience in development, working across both frontend and backend.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, including designers, brand, or content teams.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and Java Script skills, alongside experience with at least one backend language or runtime, such as Node. js, Python, or PHP.
  • Hands-on experience building automated workflows using tools such as Zapier or custom scripts.
  • Confidence working with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • A strong eye for design details, motion, and interaction.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical teammates.
  • Nice to have
  • Advanced Webflow experience, including CMS, interactions, and custom code.
  • Experience developing in Hub Spot CMS, including Hub L, custom modules, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with animation libraries such as Lottie, Rive, or GSAP.
  • Experience with performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility standards.
  • An interest in brand management and design systems.

What we offer

  • Private health benefits and health cash plan
  • Pension scheme: 5% matched
  • A minimum of 25 days of annual leave per year
  • Paid educational and wellbeing days off
  • Wellbeing, learning and development, and commuter allowance
  • Home office setup budget
  • Weekly free office lunch
  • Workation: Work from inspiring locations around the world (45 days annually)

✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned.
