Spaceagency is hiring a BIM specialist to join its team in London. Spaceagency is seeking an architect with excellent Revit experience to work on exciting, high-profile international projects. Our expertise lies in how people experience spaces, designing journeys through urban, cultural, sporting, event, retail and hospitality spaces. Our international client portfolio includes cities, global brands and collaborations with renowned architectural practices. Upcoming projects include public realm wayfinding, urban experience and exhibition design in the Middle East, Asia and the UK.
Our work integrates the technical rigor of architecture with insight into how people move in and understand buildings and urban spaces; bringing together urbanism and user experience design. This requires a strategic thinker who can consider both large and small scales simultaneously.

Technical qualifications and role requirements
- Professional degree in architecture, urban design or landscape architecture
- Excellent professional knowledge of Autodesk Revit and design tools
- Broad knowledge of digital collaboration workflow is required
- Experience conducting training is an advantage
- Two to five years professional experience
- 3D software skills required: Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, VRay, Enscape
- 2D software skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite
- Design portfolio of professional design experience
- Strong analytical skills and strategic design thinking
- Excellent communication skills – professional English, written and verbal
- Availability and eligibility to begin work immediately in London with a current valid working visa for the UK
