OLO is looking for associates/senior architects to join its London studio. The successful applicant will work on a range of UK and international projects, leading design development, project delivery, stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary team coordination.

About you
We are looking for talented architects with strong design skills, proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills. You will be confident working with clients, consultants and stakeholders and contributing to projects from concept through to delivery.
Key skills:
- strong design, presentation and storytelling skills
- good knowledge of UK construction legislation, practice and procedures
- experience across all RIBA work stages
- strong management and leadership skills
- ability to develop and communicate project strategy and vision
- experience leading, mentoring and developing team members
Desirable experience:
- experience in large projects and multidisciplinary environments
- experience in transport, commercial, mixed-use, masterplanning and/or infrastructure projects
- commercial awareness, including programme management, fee and contract management
- experience in business development
