DesignPlusLight is looking for a proactive, self-motivated and creative junior lighting designer to join its studio in London. The role requires an enthusiastic approach to being part of a design team delivering lighting schemes through each stage from concept to completion.

Responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

  • Prepare concept sketch proposals and mood boards
  • Produce AutoCAD layouts, specifications and schedules
  • Manage budgets and attend site visits

This is a great opportunity to contribute creatively, grow and develop within the practice. Applicants need to have excellent communication skills and be proficient in a range of illustrative software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office. Some lighting design experience would be helpful.
