About the Company

CONSUL is an incubator of ideas across art, culture and commerce. Headquartered in London, we conceptualise, curate and support extraordinary creative projects — acting as a conduit for some of the world's most influential and accomplished creative visionaries; harnessing their collective intelligence to create concepts that move culture and build brands. Our work spans creative direction, spatial design, graphic design, brand strategy, talent curation, campaign production and cultural programming. Our client roster includes Nike, LEGO®, Louis Vuitton, Mercedes‑Benz, Mercedes‑AMG, Moncler, Calvin Klein, Off‑White™, Martine Rose®, Beats by Dre, Timberland and many more — working on projects that sit at the intersection of fashion, culture, sport and art.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to step into the world of high‑end creative production. As Junior Producer, you will work closely with the creative team and senior leadership to help bring projects to life — from initial concept through to delivery. You will be the connective tissue between creative ideas and real‑world execution, ensuring that work moves forward smoothly, on time and to the highest possible standard. This role is suited to someone who is passionate about culture, creativity and craft — and who wants to grow in an environment contributing to high‑end creative projects from concept through to delivery. You do not need to come from a traditional production background; curiosity, organisation and a genuine love for creative work matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Support the production and delivery of creative projects across brand campaigns, experiential activations, spatial design, editorial and cultural programming.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project budgets, timelines, schedules and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate between internal teams — project, designers, strategists, creative directors — and external collaborators, suppliers and clients.
  • Help manage project documentation including briefs, contact sheets, shot lists, run‑of‑show documents and post‑production trackers.
  • Liaise with vendors, freelancers, studios and other partners to obtain quotes, confirm availability and manage bookings.
  • Track project budgets and assist with cost management, purchase orders and invoice coordination.
  • Support the team during live events, shoots and activations — on the ground when needed.
  • Research locations, suppliers, talent, venues and materials to support the development of creative concepts.
  • Take clear and accurate notes during project meetings and ensure actions are followed up promptly.
  • Assist with general project administration and any day‑to‑day tasks that keep projects running.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience of at least 12 months in a creative, production, events or agency environment — internships, placements or assistant roles welcomed.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
  • A genuine interest in culture, fashion, art, design or music — you understand the world CONSUL operates in.
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to turn your hand to whatever is needed.
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions‑focused under pressure.

Experience

  • Exposure to creative production workflows — campaign shoots, events, brand activations or experiential projects.
  • An existing network or interest in the creative industry — knowledge of key players, studios, brands and collaborators.
  • Experience working within or alongside a creative studio, fashion brand, music label or cultural institution.
  • A basic understanding of budgeting and scheduling in a project context.

Location

Based at CONSUL Studio, London Bridge. Some travel may be required for shoots, events and activations both domestically and internationally.

Salary TBC based on experience — competitive and commensurate with experience. CONSUL is committed to offering a fair and transparent package that reflects both the candidate's background and the scope of the role.
