Blink Design Group is seeking an interior designer to join its team in London. As the interior designer, you will be working closely with design leaders and other team members, supporting conceptual design approaches and developing project design and presentation drawings. In addition, you will coordinate with other consultants and participate in project meetings and presentations as needed.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the development of design projects as a member of the design team.
- Support project development and deliverables.
- Collaborate on projects with our international design studios, project consultants, CAD team and 3D visualizers.
- Actively participate in project meetings and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Master or bachelor of interior design or interior architecture.
- Some years of interior design hospitality experience.
- Candidates with three years of extensive resort, hotel, spa and restaurant experience will be highly considered.
- Thorough knowledge of hospitality and multifamily design, major brand standards and associated processes.
- Proficiency in Spexx is a plus.
- Highly developed sense of color and style, along with a passion for hospitality design is critical.
- Technical skills must include Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and a solid understanding of contract drawings.
- Required organizational skills with the ability to both design and manage documentation.
- English communication with presentation skills.
