Overview
Hám is hiring an interior architect/CAD technician to join its team in Henley-on-Thames, UK.
This is a one-year fixed contract with hybrid working: three days per week in the design studio located just outside of Henley-on-Thames in the Hambleden Valley.
Responsibilities
- Produce technical drawings of internal plans and elevations.
- Detail interior architecture elements, including joinery, architectural features, and technical bathroom elevations.
- Support design development and collaboration with project teams.
- Occasionally visit sites to carry out surveys; a clean driving license and use of own car required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a similar interior architecture/CAD technician role or equivalent.
- Proficient with Auto CAD; good construction knowledge and technical ability.
- Familiar with interior detailing and specifications.
- Ability to travel to site as needed; access to a car is preferred.
