About BRYANT

BRYANT is a global production agency fusing curiosity, culture and innovative creativity. Founded in 2017, BRYANT works across brand, entertainment, art, film, fashion and private clients to deliver outstanding experiences.

We are seeking a Head of Creative with a strong conceptual and experiential mindset, able to shape and articulate ideas across the full creative journey, from RFP through to delivery. This role goes beyond visual design; it requires someone who can collaborate closely with spatial designers to bring together narrative, guest experience, and design thinking into a cohesive vision. The ideal candidate will be confident translating creative direction into meaningful, experience-led concepts, supported by strong visual research and clear creative frameworks. They should be able to map and uphold our creative guidelines while elevating the overall thinking, ensuring every project is rooted in a compelling idea, not just execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of spatial and experiential design concepts across a range of projects
  • Create and evolve mood boards, visual directions, and design narratives that clearly communicate creative intent
  • Translate brand stories into compelling physical and immersive experiences
  • Drive design input across pitches, from early ideation through to final presentation
  • Confident pushing ideas beyond obvious solutions to create more distinctive outcomes
  • Own and develop design concepts through all stages, ensuring consistency and quality through to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Director, Producers, and Production teams to ensure ideas are both ambitious and deliverable
  • Apply a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and build feasibility to all design work
  • Maintain high creative standards across all outputs, ensuring work is polished and production-ready
  • Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients

About You

  • 7–9+ years’ experience in a design role within a creative agency, production company, or similar environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial, experiential, or environmental design work
  • Strong conceptual thinker, able to develop ideas from initial brief through to execution
  • Solid understanding of materials, construction, and real-world build considerations
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Managed a team effectively from RFPs through to full project delivery
  • Passionate about design, culture, and creating impactful experiences
