ROLE SUMMARY

Brand and Strategy

You will work alongside Founders and Head of Marketing to develop and evolve Content Strategy for all three brands. Immerse yourself in each brand identity, history and purpose to develop a clear identifiable content identity across all communication channels (website, socials, posters, in-venue touchpoints, and events).

Videography

You will produce, direct and shoot high-quality cinematic short films to portray each brand, the people behind them, the craft of each business and the guest experience at each venue. Manage ad-hoc freelance videographers for specific projects.

Photography

You will shoot beautiful photography of our products, people, spaces and more.

Social Content

You understand the importance of capturing live, genuine, real moments on iPhone to capture the identity of each brand and build scroll-stopping video content that gets people talking. Create social moments that connect with our guests and grow our online presence across Instagram and TikTok. Bring bold out-there ideas to life – whether it's carrying a surfboard on the underground, or wearing a wetsuit through Westminster – if it's legal we can get behind it.

Working with in-house leadership and external agencies

You will work closely with the Founders and senior leadership of each brand to bring their stories to life. You will also work with leading branding agencies (like Hatrik House and Made Thought) to bring their brand work to life. You will work with leading PR agencies (Gemma Bell & Co and Cura Conn) to ensure our industry leading content is published across print and online publications and events. You will build a team of content creators as the business grows.

Reporting

Work with our Head of Marketing to track performance, produce monthly analytics and report insights.
