We believe that connecting creative individuals with meaningful opportunities leads to positive change.

When creatives are valued and supported, they’re empowered to produce career-defining work.

Starting with a breakthrough lab-grade fertility testing monitor, their ambition is to empower people with deeper insights into their bodies — with fertility care just the beginning.

We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to sit at the intersection of data, consumer behaviour, creative and commercial performance.

You’ll uncover what’s driving growth, turn insights into clear strategies and help shape the creative and channel approach.

You’ll analyse performance data, understand customer behaviour, identify patterns, develop hypotheses and translate your findings into briefs and experiments.

Working closely with creative, channel, product and leadership teams, you’ll help the business understand what’s working, why it’s working and where to go next.

This is a permanent role, initially remote, moving to 3 days in-office / 2 days remote by year-end as the team grows.

  • What you’ll do
  • Analyse creative performance across paid channels to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop data-led creative hypotheses and translate them into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Own the creative feedback loop, turning test results into learnings and future iterations.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, creative angles and emerging formats.
  • Partner with paid social and search teams to improve channel performance through creative insights.
  • Own platform strategy across Meta, Tik Tok and other key channels.
  • Develop audience and targeting strategies to identify incremental growth opportunities.

Who you are

  • 4+ years’ experience in creative strategy within a performance-led environment.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn performance data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experienced with Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker.
  • Naturally curious and driven to understand why creative works or fails.
  • A strong communicator who can make complex data simple and compelling.
  • Comfortable bridging analytical, creative and commercial teams.
  • Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
