The Studio is a multidisciplinary creative studio working at the intersection of brand, design, strategy and experience. The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Creative Lead to play a central role in shaping and delivering standout creative work across a diverse range of projects. You’ll lead projects from early exploration through to final execution, working closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams. This role blends conceptual thinking with hands-on design, spanning brand identity, digital experiences, motion and campaigns. You’ll define and develop brand worlds, create cohesive identity systems, and explore how ideas come to life across platforms and environments. Alongside this, you’ll guide and mentor team members, lead workshops and presentations, and ensure the highest standards of craft across all outputs. This is a role for someone who thrives on turning bold ideas into tangible, impactful creative outcomes and enjoys bringing others along in the process.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience leading creative projects across brand, digital, motion and campaign work
- A strong conceptual thinker with the ability to generate, articulate and deliver big ideas
- Highly developed visual and creative sensibility, with a clear point of view on craft and execution
- Confident working across digital design, including UI/UX, motion and emerging technologies (including AI tools and workflows)
- Experience building flexible, cohesive brand identity systems across multiple touchpoints
- Skilled in mentoring and developing junior creatives, contributing to a positive and ambitious team culture
