Squire & Partners is looking for a talented CGI visualiser to join its London practice. The role of the artistic CGI visualiser will be to drive the practice’s growth by leading the creation of high-quality images for visually engaging, compelling bid and proposal submissions that clearly communicate our value.
The candidate must therefore possess exceptional creativity to deliver superior-quality exterior and interior CGIs, be able to demonstrate excellent artistic and technical knowledge, and have a keen eye for detail and composition. Architect Part 2 would be very beneficial in understanding the structural design process, building requirements, and contributing to the process.
You should be comfortable working to deadlines both within a team environment and individually, crafting bid documents and presentations that strengthen our competitive position. You will be working closely alongside the architectural and interior design teams, in translating and interpreting from concept through to photo-realistic images for competition, planning and final designs through to construction.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of three years CGI experience with visualisations
- Proven track record of delivering superior quality exterior and interior CGIs
- Excellent artistic and technical knowledge with a keen eye for detail, composition and design
- CGIs will range from concept design, through planning, all the way to final construction
- Comfortable working to deadlines both within a team environment and individually
- Self-motivated, able to communicate effectively, and inspire those around you
- In-depth knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona and Photoshop
- Able to model quickly, accurately and efficiently in Studio Max; knowledge of Rhino and Revit would be advantageous
- An architectural Part 2 or interior design background is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
