We are seeking a BIM (Building Information Modelling) and design systems coordinator to join our London team and support project delivery across the studio by driving coordinated, high‑quality BIM workflows. You will be a central point of contact for digital design systems, helping teams work efficiently in Revit, Rhino and associated technologies, ensuring models, data and documentation meet rigorous standards while supporting a strong collaborative culture. You will lead Revit training sessions for architects, urban designers, and landscape architects adopting our studio workflows. The successful candidate will combine excellent communication and technical skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and review BIM standards, guidelines and protocols across the studio.
  • Manage BIM workflows.
  • Provide training and technical support for Revit, the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform and related applications, ensuring alignment with the studio workflows.
  • Organise and configure complex Revit projects.
  • Ensure project leads are maintaining the appropriate BIM workflows.
  • Support the implementation of BIM standards, procedures and best practices.
  • Configure and implement BIM Execution Plans.
  • Establish, implement and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Mentor colleagues in design systems and digital project delivery.
  • Organise, configure and maintain studio Revit libraries.
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, trends, AI integration and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the directors, Digital Lead, Revit power‑users and IT manager.
  • Contribute to BID writing regarding the studio’s BIM processes and experience.

About you

  • A minimum of four years’ experience as a BIM coordinator on large projects that layered urban design, architecture and landscape disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit, the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform, Navisworks and related applications.
  • An articulate communicator able to convey design technology‑related concepts to all levels of design and delivery professionals.
  • Experience training designers in the use of Revit workflows for multidisciplinary use (urban, architectural and landscape applications).
  • Experience supporting junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes and workflows and experience producing/implementing BIM Execution Plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Rhino, GIS (QGIS, ArcGIS) and related applications is a plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Right to work in the UK.
