GymCraft is hiring a 3D architect to join its team in London. GymCraft designs and builds bespoke wellness spaces for private residences and boutique commercial clients across the UK. Our projects span home gyms, saunas, steam rooms, plunge pools and full spa suites — built to a standard where the finish is indistinguishable from the architecture around it.
We’re looking for a designer who can take a project from initial brief through to installation, owning the process at every stage.
The role involves:
- Client‑facing design consultation from first meeting through sign‑off
- High‑quality 3D visualisations, photorealistic where it counts
- Full technical drawing packages for sauna, steam and gym installations
- Material and specification selection in line with each client’s brief
- Site visits and liaison with our project and installation teams
- Keeping projects moving; communicating clearly, flagging early, resolving quickly
What we’re looking for:
- Strong 3D skills: SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max or equivalent; the renders need to sell the vision
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent for technical drawings
- Experience across residential interiors, wellness, or high‑end fit‑out
- Someone who takes ownership; no hand‑holding, no chasing
- Full UK driving licence; site visits are part of the job
Nice to have:
- Background in sauna, steam or spa design
- Familiarity with construction detailing and building fabric
- An eye for materiality — timber, stone, glass, metal
Based in London. Travel to sites across the UK as required. Salary dependent on experience. To apply, send your CV and portfolio via the button below.
