Are you a Project Engineer (PE) looking for your next opportunity to help support engineering activities across In-Service Support programmes? CMS2, an established engineering business delivering critical support solutions across complex programmes, is looking for a Project Engineer to join our ISS team. In this role, you will act as the focal point for all engineering activities across In-Service Support projects and spares, working directly with the ISS Technical Manager and supporting the ISS Director and Project Managers to ensure products are delivered in line with project and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage any design improvement/obsolescence activities relating to the assigned projects, providing technical guidance in line with the Product Specification to the engineering resources assigned, including managing the flow of information between multiple departments.
- Responsible for enacting changes to maintain specifications (ESS, ECS, MSS, MCS, GES, ETS etc.).
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of Product Bills of Materials.
- Define the content of standard project documentation (technical, operation, maintenance manual etc.) for the technical author as set out by the Systems Engineer in the systems specification.
