Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager to represent two of Leicester’s most exciting rooftop destinations – Miradora Rooftop and LSQ Rooftop. From intimate private dining to large-scale celebrations, you’ll be the key player in growing our bookings, building relationships, and showcasing our stunning venues to the city and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow group dining, private hire, and events at both venues
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and community contacts
- Actively source and secure new business through networking, outreach, and creative marketing
- Respond to enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings while maximising revenue
- Represent the rooftops at networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Work closely with the operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or leisure (multi-site experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the Leicester market and existing local connections
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, target-driven, and proactive
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required
