Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service and Repair Engineer

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our well-established company, working across Central and Greater London.

The Role

We seek a skilled professional with expertise in refrigeration, air conditioning systems, and heat pumps for both installation and servicing. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair, maintain, and install air conditioning systems: Splits, Multis, VRVs, FCUs, Heat Pumps, and occasional refrigeration units.
  • Work on both residential and commercial sites.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours to deliver top-tier customer service.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Flexible, reliable, and adaptable.

Essential Qualifications

  • Technical Certifications: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical, City & Guilds.
  • Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or equivalent.
  • Location: Based in Wilmington, Kent (Dartford Area)– covering London & surrounding areas.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM some Overtime
