We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our ever-growing team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Legal Director, assisting with a wide range of administrative and legal tasks. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our legal department, particularly in supporting real estate transactions and broader legal matters. Please note: This is a fully office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to the Legal Director
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant materials for ongoing matters
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court or transaction dates
- Liaise with clients, external legal counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and applicable regulations
- Assist with the preparation of internal reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role (ideally within the real estate sector)
- Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of property law, construction law, company administration, or corporate law is advantageous but not essential
